VueScan is a program designed to replace the standard scanner interface with its own, functionally richer and providing a lot of additional features, depending on the specific scanner model. In most cases, the standard device driver has extremely limited options for adjusting scan parameters. Using the often hidden capabilities of a particular scanner, the program allows you to flexibly customize the image processing process, including advanced color correction, multi-pass and batch scanning capabilities, hardware exposure control, selection of the maximum color depth and format of saved files. VueScan supports over 7,400 scanner models and 185 digital camera models of RAW files.
